They are well versed in tools and materials, as well as the construction process of many different projects. DRAFTSMEN
Matix’s draftsmen are skilled professionals who create technical drawings or “blueprints” that take into account the dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements based on the customer’s requirements. Once the plans are created, our draftsmen work with architects and engineers to get stamped drawings that are used as a guide to build projects of all shapes and sizes.
ESTIMATORS
Estimators are responsible for identifying every single piece of material that goes into a project and compiling this information to provide clients and contractors an estimate of the project cost. They are also involved in gathering and analyzing information to create a proposal report of the final budget. Matix’s estimators go the extra mile and can identify cost effective alternatives or suggest small plan changes that can save our customers many dollars.
DELIVERY TEAM
Our delivery team is multi-faceted and highly effective at working together. Our purchasers ensure that our lumber yard is stocked with competitively-priced lumber and materials that our shipping office sends out on our trucks every day.
